We've been repairing pool equipment across Dallas proper for over two decades. Whether you're in a Preston Hollow estate with a resort-style setup or a Lakewood cottage with a classic gunite pool, we know the equipment configurations common in your neighborhood and carry the parts to match.
Neighborhoods: Preston Hollow · Bent Tree · Prestonwood · Royal Highlands · Midway Hollow · Northaven Park · Forest Lane area
Preston Hollow estates often run complex multi-equipment setups — separate spa heaters, variable-speed pumps, and full automation systems that require a technician who understands how everything talks to each other. Prestonwood and Bent Tree homes built in the 70s and 80s are hitting the age where original Raypak and Laars heaters are finally giving out. We keep common replacement parts on the truck because a Preston Road service call rarely involves just one piece of equipment.
Neighborhoods: Highland Park · University Park · Greenway Parks · Bluffview · Devonshire · Turtle Creek
Highland Park and University Park pools sit on some of the most expensive real estate in Texas, and the equipment matches — IntelliCenter automation, IntelliFlo pumps, and high-end gas heaters are standard. Bluffview's limestone bluffs and mature root systems create plumbing challenges that show up as mysterious pressure drops and air leaks. We've traced enough underground lines in these neighborhoods to know where to look first.
Neighborhoods: Lakewood · Lakewood Heights · Forest Hills · Hollywood Heights · Wilshire Heights · M Streets · Little Forest Hills · Casa Linda · Casa View
Lakewood's 1920s–1940s homes with pools often have plumbing that's been patched and rerouted over decades. Forest Hills and Casa Linda have larger lots with pools from the 60s through the 80s — the sweet spot where equipment is old enough to fail but the pools themselves are worth reinvesting in. Heavy tree canopy throughout East Dallas means clogged impellers, overworked filters, and pump motors that burn out faster than in open-yard neighborhoods.
Neighborhoods: Old Lake Highlands · Lake Highlands North · Merriman Park · White Rock Hills · Moss Farms · Lochwood · Ridgewood Park
Lake Highlands was one of the first areas in Dallas where backyard pools became standard in the 1960s ranch-style builds. That means a lot of original plumbing, aging equipment pads, and heaters that have been replaced two or three times. Merriman Park and Old Lake Highlands have seen significant renovation activity, so we're just as likely to work on a brand-new Pentair system as a 25-year-old Hayward filter.
Neighborhoods: Kessler Park · Kessler Woods · Stevens Park · Winnetka Heights · North Oak Cliff · Kiestwood
The rolling terrain in Kessler Park creates real elevation differences between pool and equipment pad — that affects pump performance, prime issues, and plumbing stress in ways that flat-lot neighborhoods don't deal with. Stevens Park and Winnetka Heights have a growing number of renovated homes where owners are adding pools or upgrading existing equipment. We handle both the legacy systems and the new installs.
Neighborhoods: Sparkman Estates · Melshire Estates · Timberbrook · Russwood Acres · the Disney Streets · Preston Highlands
These neighborhoods along Midway Road and the Tollway corridor were largely built from the late 1950s through the 1970s. Many pools here are on their second or third set of equipment, and homeowners are upgrading to variable-speed pumps and salt systems to cut energy costs. We see a lot of Hayward-to-Pentair conversions in this area and know how to handle the replumbing that comes with switching brands.
Diagnosed a bad ignition control module — not the gas valve, which is what another company had quoted to replace. Saved the homeowner over $800 by fixing the actual problem instead of replacing parts that weren’t broken.
