Most service calls are warranty-related: programming issues, salt system calibration, and builder-installed equipment that needs adjustment after the first season. Willow Park's established neighborhoods have homes from the 1990s and 2000s with pools 15 to 25 years old, right in the sweet spot where original equipment is failing and homeowners are upgrading. A heater on its own will warm your pool. A heater tied into automation will do it on a schedule, hold the temperature you asked for, and let you turn the spa on from inside the house. This Westridge job was a Jandy JXi going in alongside the filter and blower, with the plumbing and the electrical both done properly at the same time. That matters more than people expect, because most of the heater problems we get called out to later are not the heater at all. They are shortcuts taken on the day it went in.
Hayward Salt System Install - The Oaks
Going to salt does not mean you stop chlorinating your pool. It means the pool makes its own chlorine from salt in the water instead of you carrying jugs home every week. That is the whole appeal, and it is why we put a lot of these in. This one is a Hayward AquaRite 900 at a home in The Oaks. The cell does the work, the panel tells you what your salt level is doing, and once it is dialled in the day to day gets a lot quieter. If you are weighing up a salt water pool system, the week to week running of it is where most people land.
Pool Pump Installation - Sonterra Estates
Most people replace a pump because the old one finally gave up, and then they are surprised by the electricity bill afterwards. A pump runs more hours than anything else you own outside, so the difference between an old single speed and a modern variable speed shows up on every bill. This install went in out at Sonterra Estates. If your pump is loud, running hot, or you are hearing it struggle to prime in the morning, it is worth having someone look before it quits on a hot weekend.
Pool Pump Repair - Crown Valley
Not every pump that stops needs replacing. Plenty of the calls we get turn out to be a seal, a capacitor, or a motor that has been running hot because something upstream is restricting it. Working out which one you are dealing with is the whole job, and it is the difference between a repair and a much bigger invoice.
