We've been repairing pool equipment across Flower Mound for over two decades. Flower Mound's residential boom took off in the mid-1990s and kept rolling through the 2000s, which means a huge wave of pools are now 20 to 30 years old — right when pumps fail, heaters give out, and automation systems start acting up. We know the equipment that went into these pools because we've been repairing it since the beginning.
Neighborhoods: Bridlewood · Coventry · Steeplechase · The Reserve at Bridlewood · Lexington Downs · Carriage Glen · Bristol Place · Remington Park
Bridlewood was built between 1996 and 2004 around the Bridlewood Golf Club, making it one of Flower Mound's most established communities. Pools in the older sections are running original equipment that's now 20 to 28 years old — we're doing full equipment pad replacements in these neighborhoods regularly. The larger estate homes in The Reserve and Steeplechase tend to have complex multi-equipment setups with dedicated spa systems, gas heaters, and automation that needs a tech who understands the full picture.
Neighborhoods: Wellington · Wellington Estates · Hillcrest at Wellington · The Woods at Wellington · Towne View Estates · Stone Hill
Wellington is one of the largest neighborhoods in Flower Mound with around 2,400 homes and its own athletic center and pool. The neighborhood has been building out for over two decades, so we see everything from aging first-generation Hayward and Jandy equipment in the older sections to current Pentair systems in the newer homes. Common calls here are variable-speed pump upgrades, heater replacements, and salt cell swaps on systems that have hit the 5- to 7-year mark.
Neighborhoods: Estates of Tour 18 · Point Noble · Chateau Du Lac · The Landing · Robbins Point · Oak Ridge Estates · Bella Lago · Emerald Bay
These are Flower Mound's premier luxury neighborhoods — many gated, most on or near Grapevine Lake or the Tour 18 golf course. Pools here are often resort-style builds with waterfalls, spas, fire features, and full automation packages running Pentair IntelliCenter or Jandy iAquaLink. The equipment is high-end, and when something goes wrong it takes a technician who's worked on these systems before. We have.
Neighborhoods: Timber Creek · Prairie Creek · Shadow Ridge · Stone Creek · Lake Forest · Lake Bluff · Heritage Park area
These neighborhoods form the backbone of central Flower Mound, with homes mostly built in the late 1980s through early 2000s. Timber Creek is one of the town's original subdivisions and where we see some of the oldest pool equipment in the city — legacy Sta-Rite, Purex, and early Hayward systems that have been patched and replaced piecemeal over the years. We know how to work with these older setups and can advise on whether a repair or full upgrade makes more sense.
Neighborhoods: Lakeside DFW · Town Lake at Flower Mound · Riverwalk at Central Park · The Legends · Canyon Falls
These are Flower Mound's newest communities. Lakeside and Town Lake are mixed-use developments near Grapevine Lake with modern construction and current-generation equipment. Canyon Falls is a large master-planned community on the west side that's still building out. Pools in these areas are typically under 10 years old, running Pentair or Hayward variable-speed systems with smart automation. Common calls are programming help, warranty diagnostics, salt chlorinator troubleshooting, and occasional builder-quality equipment that needs an early upgrade.
Neighborhoods: Wichita Creek · Wichita Chase · Simmons Creek · River Oaks Estates · Pecan Acres · FM 2499 corridor near Grapevine Lake
South Flower Mound sits closest to the lake and tends to have larger lots with custom pool builds. Homes here range from the mid-1990s to the 2010s, and the equipment mix matches — everything from 25-year-old single-speed setups to modern variable-speed conversions. The rolling terrain near the lake can create elevation challenges for pump performance, and we've dealt with prime issues and flow problems specific to this part of town.
Diagnosed a bad ignition control module — not the gas valve, which is what another company had quoted to replace. Saved the homeowner over $800 by fixing the actual problem instead of replacing parts that weren’t broken.
