The oldest Chandlers Landing pools are pushing 40 years old and have been through at least two full equipment cycles — we commonly see mismatched systems where a Jandy heater was paired with a Hayward pump and Pentair automation by different contractors over the decades. Meadowcreek Estates has larger lots with pools that have been through three or four generations of equipment. We've worked on pads here where every component was installed by a different contractor in a different decade and nothing talks to each other. Highland Meadows, Harris Heights, and the neighborhoods around downtown have classic 1980s–1990s pools where we regularly do full equipment pad overhauls: new variable-speed pump, new filter, new heater, and modern automation to replace decades-old timeclock-and-relay setups.
