We've been repairing pool equipment across Arlington for over two decades. Arlington has one of the highest concentrations of backyard pools in Tarrant County — most of the city was built between the 1970s and 1990s before community pools became standard, so homeowners added their own. We know these pools and the equipment that runs them.
Neighborhoods: Interlochen · Dalworthington Gardens · Pantego · Woodland West · Shady Valley · Country Club Manor
Interlochen's lakefront homes often have larger-than-average pools with dedicated spa equipment and automation systems. Dalworthington Gardens skews toward custom builds on oversized lots — some with pools dating back to the 1970s running equipment that's been upgraded piecemeal over the decades. Woodland West and Pantego are classic 1960s–1980s Arlington, where we regularly replace aging Hayward and Sta-Rite equipment that's finally reached end of life.
Neighborhoods: Forest Hills · Loch Highland Estates · Viridian · Hampden Woods · Enchanted Oaks · Rush Creek · Lake Arlington area
Forest Hills is one of Arlington's most established upscale neighborhoods, with resort-style pools running full Pentair or Hayward automation. Viridian is the opposite end of the spectrum — newer construction with current-generation equipment that occasionally needs warranty-related diagnostics or programming help. The homes around Lake Arlington have been adding and upgrading pools for decades, and we see everything from original single-speed pumps to brand-new variable-speed conversions.
Neighborhoods: Wimbledon · Estates Above Wimbledon · Southland Acres · Sublett · Green Oaks · Deer Creek · Fannin Farm
The neighborhoods south of I-20 tend to have pools built in the 1980s and 1990s — right when builders started installing more complex equipment packages with separate heaters, timeclocks, and dedicated cleaner lines. Wimbledon and Green Oaks are where we see a lot of homeowners upgrading from old single-speed pumps to variable-speed units to cut their electric bills in half.
Neighborhoods: Huntwick · Briarwood Estates · Highland Park · High Country Estates · Foxwood Glen · Colonial Estates · Coldwater Creek
Huntwick has no HOA and some of the most individualized pool setups in the city — every backyard is different, and so is the equipment. Briarwood Estates and Highland Park have solid mid-range pools from the 1980s where the shell is in great shape but the equipment is due for a full replacement. We show up to these neighborhoods prepared for anything from a 30-year-old Teledyne Laars heater to a recently installed salt chlorine system.
Diagnosed a bad ignition control module — not the gas valve, which is what another company had quoted to replace. Saved the homeowner over $800 by fixing the actual problem instead of replacing parts that weren’t broken.
